COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are implementing new policies and procedures to keep our stylists and customers safe.


Arrival Procedures

Please wait in your car or outside of the building until the time of your appointment. Your stylist will call you when they are ready for you to come into the salon. Upon arriving, we will ask that you sign a waiver stating that you are not showing any COVID-19 symptoms and have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 20 days. Additionally, a contact-free thermometer will be used to take your temperature and we will provide hand sanitizer for you before you sit down with your stylist.


Salon Capacity & Social Distancing

We will have, at maximum, three stylists working at a time. Stations will be set up at least six feet apart. Only one customer will be permitted for each stylist working. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment—the only exception we will be making is for parents, who may bring one child from their household.


Personal Protective Equipment

Masks will be required for all persons entering the salon. If you do not have a mask, a surgical mask will be provided to you and a $2 charge will be added to your service. We will use medical tape to attach your mask to your face, so that the ear straps do not interfere with your service.


Suspension of Specific Services

Due to the necessity of wearing masks at this time, our stylists will not be providing shaves, facials, or make-up applications.
